Beiby Wong (Entry #409)
Ah Ma, I love you!
I have a lot of things to say to my maternal grandmother. My Ah Ma passed away when I was still a little baby. My impression of my Ah Ma is a very kind-hearted lady.
Below is a short entry to express how much I miss my Ah Ma:
Ah Ma, although I did not spend much time with you when you were still breathing, but in my eyes, you are the best Ah Ma on Earth. I remember when I was still a baby and when you were still on Earth, you would carry me in your wrinkly hands and sing to me until I go to sleep.
Even though Ah Gong had a second woman and the woman was living in your house, Mum said that you would put up with that woman and was very kind to her.
Ah Ma, even though I did not receive the bean bag that you would make and give to your grandchildren and I do not have anything that you have left behind, but I still feel that you are beside me every day. I felt that you would comfort me when I am sad and lent a listening ear to me. Mum said that when you had cancer and whenever you were in pain, you would not complain but just quietly pray to Jesus. I think that you are the bravest person as you would not say you are in pain even when you are in great pain.
Ah Ma, you are the best! I love you!
