Dear Grandfather,

Thank you for all that you have done when you were still around,
I still remember the day when you passed away.

As I experienced grief,
A part of me went with you,
The part that reminded me of what we used to do.

I still remember what we shared during Christmas,
You took care of me when I was sick,
And fed me with love and care.
I now feel alone because you aren’t here,
Like what we once had been.
But still I feel you everywhere,
Because I know you care.
