My Grandfather has past away last year, so I am left with my Grandma, from my Mother’s side. My Grand parents from my father’s side have passed away quite long ago.

I am very lucky to meet my grandmother twice a week as I know that I must cherish her as she is my only Grandparent left. Although she is rather clumsy and stubborn at times, I love her very much.
At times, I will ask her about her childhood. Some times, she will tell me, but at times she would just keep quiet or not tell.

She ever told me that when she was young, she was very active and playful. She also told me that nowadays things and environment are changing like now, ice-cream man would come and ring his bell and people who heard the bell and wanted to eat or buy would comedown and do so but at her time it is the ice-ball man.

He takes out ice from a wooden box and put colourings and grinds it into a big ball of coloured ice and it only costs 50cents each, not like the small ice-cream that costs 1 dollar.

I love my Grandmother and I wish her to be always happy.
