Grandma, thank you taking care of me during the holidays when mummy is not around. Normally she will only send me there when she goes to school for meetings on the first week of the holidays. You are such a wonderful grandma. You will never leave my mind forever. You are nice, caring and always ready to lend a helping hand.
My Grandfather has past away last year, so I am left with my Grandma, from my Mother’s side. My Grand parents from my father’s side have passed away quite long ago.
I would like to talk about my grandmother. She stays with me to take care of me. She usually tells me story about her age when she was young.
My grandmother name is Tan Cheng, she suffered diabetes and now she is 69 years old.
I like her very much as she take care of me, play with me, help in study too! She also tell me about her young when she is in primary school, she played marbles, 5- stones and tic-tac-toe with some of her friends, she also tell us funny jokes and riddles.
Last week, my grandfather went to Bangkok for a business trip. When he went to Bangkok I felt very sad as no want teach me Chinese and joke with me. I felt lonely and miserable. He was supposed to come back on Monday but he extended his trip until Tuesday.
I have a grandmother to take care of me when I born and I have a time with my grandmother when I am small. She stay at Bedok, when I am small my grandmother will bring me to the hawker centre to eat and she will usually talk to her friends.
I would like to point out that my Grandmother as she took care of me, my mother and my brother for the half-year and took care of my mother when my father passed away.
